It’s hard to be hopeful but it’s easy be grateful. Learning to feel safe in your body so you can feel safe out there in the world, rather than feeling safe out there in the world determining how safe you feel in your body.
The beauty of the mind, is in the power of the eyes. Gently remember to give yourself space to readjust your perspective. This is the practice, your feelings are valid but they are also passing. The idea is to be non-attached to your reaction.
Don’t be scared, be a visionary.
